A fatal accident involving five vehicles on the 57 freeway in Fullerton yesterday sends 8 people to local hospitals. A 37 year old Azusa woman unfortunately died at the scene. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the accident which occured around 5:30 this morning.
