Judge Orders New Trial in Wrongful Death Case Involving Greyhound Bus

A Fresno judge has ordered a new trial in a fatal accident involving the wrongful death of three women in an SUV and a greyhound bus.  The SUV had overturned on the highway before the bus ran into it.  The jury found that the bus accident was not liable for the wrongful deaths, but the Judge has determined that the bus driver was speeding and was not wearing his prescribed glasses at the time of the accident.
