If you have been injured in a car accident, motorcycle crash, Uber/Lyft/Rideshare accident, truck collision, nursing home fall, slip and fall, or by someone who transmitted an STD without telling you they had one prior to intimate contact, AI won’t win your personal injury case in LA or anywhere in California. - AI won’t take your call to tell you not to talk to the insurance company, and answer all your questions regarding what to do if you are injured in an accident in California. - AI tell you to go see your doctor within 24 to 48 hours of the collision or fall. Here in California, if you don’t see a doctor for an examination after any collision or fall within 48 hours, the responsible insurance company can and will deny what would otherwise be your valid personal injury claim. The insurance company will say “you told everyone, including our adjuster, you were ‘ok.’ You didn’t even go to see a doctor. Obviously, you were not injured in the accident. You have hurt yourself doing something else, and now you want to try to blame it on the car accident. This single fact can severely limit what you will receive for a personal claim, and, in many cases, eliminate what would otherwise be a valid personal injury claim worth tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- AI doesn’t know how to stand up to the insurance representatives, and AI won’t win your personal injury case in LA, or anywhere in California. AI can’t go to court to win a large verdict on your behalf. I have an extensive track record of successful verdicts, in trial. Most personal injury attorneys you call have never been to trial.
