Motorcyclist Killed in Fatal Accident with Street Sweeper in Santa Ana

Many questions still remain after a fatal accident involving a motorcycle and a street sweeper in Santa Ana.  The accident occured around 6:30 am, and details about the cause have not been released.  If the accident was the responsibility of the street sweeper, the family of the motorcyclist would file a wrongful death lawsuit against the public entity.

Lawsuits involving public entities require legal skill and expertise.  After more than 40 years of experience in these cases, I can tell you that filing suit against a public entity often involves court cases that go to trial.  It is important to work with a lawyer who has successfully taken several cases to trial.  It is surprising how many injury attorneys have never actually tried a case.
